Although the idea of children meditating is relatively unrelated to the children of Western culture in Eastern cultures are taught meditation and yoga as part of their normal growth process.  They say child development expert teaches meditation children I, discipline and gives them a greater sense of peace and security.  Children by nature are more in touch with the spiritual things that children so often it is easier than adults to meditate.
